Mil-Spec webbing throughout, a genuine Bourdon Forge buckle, and a specially cut poly insert, this belt will hold up to your concealed weapon, hold tools, cell phones, Leathermans - whatever you decide to carry on it. The poly is strong enough to hold up and still thin enough to flex in & out with your body. This stops the belt from vertical collapse yet it remains very comfortable to wear. Most vertically stiff belts can be awkward at the small of the back. They either flex outwards, and hook on every chair you sit in, or flex inwards and rub you raw. The D-Belt is named after the "D" cut in the poly which allows an intentional "crush" in the top area of the belt against the loop at the small of your back. This prevents the belt from bowing out and becoming a chair hook, or poking into your back. Also, check out the "speed bumps" on the belt's tongue - this allows you to put on & take off pants without completely unthreading the buckle. We even cut an angle on the tongue - this is so it doesn't catch on your jacket or hands. All of these features & practical strength and the belt is much less than 1/8" thick! 100% made in USA.
