Ordering Instructions We only ship to addresses within the 50 United States, no APO or international. We do not have an FFL and we do not sell complete guns or receivers. Please choose one of the 3 ordering methods: 1. Send an email to email2@gunthings.com Email replies are sent Monday through Friday. We need the following information to process your order: List of the items you want (see our webpages for prices and descriptions, all items listed on the website should be in stock), your first and last name, shipping address, zip code, and form of payment (see options below). If you order by email, we will reply by email with your total including shipping. We will ship your order upon receipt of payment. On rare occasions our customers provide us with undeliverable email addresses (servers are down, auto reply address is wrong, etc.). If you do not receive our reply, please call us by phone. 2. Call 763 - 449 - 0382, Monday through Friday, 11 AM - 3 PM, Central Time. 3. Mail your order to the below address. Please include your name, items ordered, and shipping address with payment. Please notify us before sending an order and payment via US mail, we must assure your parts will be in stock when your payment arrives. Payments must be received within 5 days or the order will be cancelled.
Shipping Information and Payment Options Orders are shipped UPS or US Mail. We cannot ship via FedEx. Our minimum shipping/insurance charge is $5.00. All orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. We accept payment via money order, cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. We do not accept personal checks or PayPal. Paypal is anti-gun. Credit card orders are accepted via email, telephone, or mail. Please have your card info ready when ordering by telephone. Merchandise returned due to our error will be replaced with the proper item and shipped back as soon as possible. Please contact us within five days if you want to return merchandise for a refund or replacement. Gunthings.com will issue a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping cost, for merchandise returned in the same condition as received. If your merchandise is damaged during shipment, to ensure receiving a refund you must contact us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with the shipper. For processing of the damage claim, you must keep the original packaging and all merchandise included in the order, just in case the shipper desires to inspect the damaged shipment. |
